PRD have acquired Face Value Ltd.

Face Value provides bureau-billing services to mostly UK based telecom resellers, and has been doing so for 15 years.

PRD have retained key Face Value staff, which will enable PRD to continue to provide Face Value customers with the same service they previously enjoyed.

Using the existing point-of-contact structure, the transfer of the overall management has been a smooth transition so far. PRD are now able to offer the FaceValue customers access to our advanced billing system technology and other services if they wish, including customer care and support. All Face Value customers will be offered the opportunity to migrate across to the QuickStart Billing system on the same terms as their existing contracts…..at no extra cost.

For Face Value customers and staff, this acquisition offers improvements and opportunities for the future.
